Order processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If we receive a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer, but we will not intentionally delay an order without reason.
Shipping method and delivery time
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
After processing, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses can extend delivery time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order requirement for free shipping.
Carriers
We use established logistics carriers to deliver orders. The specific carrier may vary depending on the destination and the supplier fulfilling the order. We do not promise a specific carrier at checkout unless it is clearly stated during checkout.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout, if tracking is available from the carrier. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@elysiumhealthdeal.com. If the order has not shipped, we may be able to correct it. If it has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Undeliverable or returned packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange a solution. Additional shipping costs may apply if you ask us to reship the order.
Taxes
We do not charge sales tax on orders at this time. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay for the product and shipping. If tax rules change in the future, we will update this policy before applying any tax.
